concerns about buying from us, however, here are our terms and
conditions for you to browse. Please feel free to

Payment & Pricing
Although
we prefer Paypal, we also accept payment by Personal Cheque or Postal
Order.
Your credit card details will only be retained by Paypal and our bank in
order to process you order. Paypal process your payment and then we
arrange for your goods to be dispatched.
If you use Paypal to purchase from this site online we never even see
your credit card details.
Prices are subject to
change without notice and items may be withdrawn at any time.
If an an offer to buy is made, we reserve the right at our discretion to
decline the offer and not sell the goods. Order acceptance and the
completion of the contract between you and us will take place upon the
dispatch of the products you've ordered unless we have notified you that
we have not accepted your order or you have cancelled it.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

The product you
ordered being unavailable from stock.

Our inability to
obtain authorisation for your payment.

The
identification of a pricing or product description error.

You not meeting
our order criteria.
Goods are sold in
accordance with the law. All disputes will be settled under English Law.

Overseas buyers need

contact us with a quotation for delivery.

Packaging & Deliveries
All of the
items we sell, are very well packaged, a great deal of care goes into
the packaging to ensure that no breakages can occur in transit. If you
pay by PayPal or postal order, your parcel will be sent within 3 working
days of us receiving the payment and hence the parcel will arrive much
quicker. If you pay by cheque, we will despatch the parcel when the
cheque has cleared in our bank account (Appx 7 days after receiving it).
Always inspect any
received package thoroughly before accepting / signing for it. If for
whatever reason you are unhappy with an original when you receive it or
if it has been damaged in transit, you will get a full refund on
returning the goods.
Under new distance selling regulations you have seven-day
cooling off period after you have received goods in which to notify
us that the painting does not meet your expectations. If not
completely satisfied the artwork must be promptly returned within 30
days of receipt. The original must be packed carefully using the
outward packaging and insured for the full purchase value as it may not
be possible to offer a refund or replacement for any goods, which are
damaged during return transit. Once we have
received the carefully returned item, we guarantee to refund 100% of the
artwork's purchase price and your postage expenses incurred during the
returning of the original. (Please send an invoice with postage
receipts).
Inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting / signing for
it. If a parcel is damaged in transit, You must make a note of
any damage on the delivery record. If you do not the couriers will argue
that the shipment was delivered in good condition. In order for them to
consider a claim for damage, the contents, original shipping carton and
packing must be available for inspection.
If the package appears to have suffered shipping damage:
- Notify us
immediately.
- Immediately
contact the shipping company for a damage inspection report.
- Keep the
original shipping carton and packaging for the shipping company to
inspect.
- Request that
the shipping company return the merchandise.

Any
e-mails will be confidential and you will not receive any unsolicited mail from
this source. We respect
your privacy and do not trade or rent your name, e-mail address, address, phone
number with anyone. You can rest assured that all information you provide is
kept strictly confidential.
